Before beginning his adventure on a world, the future player is asked to choose a faction from among those proposed. These factions represent different gameplays: some factions illustrate a more defensive gameplay, while others are designed to be played as offensively as possible. That being said, whatever faction is chosen, the player can adopt the strategy that best suits him.
The Technocrat faction is skilled in industrial activities such as resource production and storage. This group of individuals feels more at home in their state-of-the-art infrastructures than on the battlefield. With little aptitude for war, the Technocrat prefers to build powerful economic cities that will be talked about to the ends of the earth. This faction is for players who want to build economic supremacy.
Considered as good allies and merchants, the Pacificators use their commercial know-how to keep the peace. However, they do not allow themselves to be surprised by treacherous actions. Highly skilled in trade and transport missions, this faction is perfect for players wanting to play in a merchant style.
Renowned for keeping a low profile among the other factions, the Survivors were the first survivors to form a clan in the post-apocalyptic dawn. This clan are masters of the art of spying and counter-spying. Although often harmless, they never allow themselves to be intimidated or attacked, without retaliating until their last breath. The Survivor faction is the basic faction and is designed for versatile players or beginners.
The faction is neither advantaged nor disadvantaged.
Guided by endless warlike and greedy impulses, the Plunderers are lawless individuals who insist on acquiring as much wealth as possible in the least peaceful way possible. Superior in the field of looting and feared by the other factions, they do not hesitate to invade the most destitute cities to appropriate all their goods. The Plunderer path is intended for players who want to play a belligerent and unscrupulous game strategy.
No one dares oppose the Warlords and their ability to dominate the world. The fearsome units they use enable them to break through an army with ease and guarantee supremacy on the battlefield. Although highly skilled in the art of war, the Warlord has no qualms about stirring up trouble in opposing cities by threatening reprisals against their leaders if they do not agree to be at his beck and call. This camp is designed for players with a conquering spirit who want to assert their domination.
